I haven't played with those in a while...errr, I mean the tots need them. Yeah, let's go with that. There are a few CrossFit competitions coming up soon. This weekend, The Pink Allissassin will be participating in a team competition at CrossFit Kinnick, and there are a few others coming up soon. Everyone get ready, competition season is among us!!!
