- Not saying hello or introducing yourself to a new student in class!
(This ain't no normal gym now, ya hear? Your gym is filled with a whole lotta new people who could potentially be your new BFFs and swole-mates. If you don't introduce yourself, you'll never know!!)
- Talkin smack about other CrossFit gyms or exercisers or exercise methodology
(Your exercise habits were not always so perfect either! Remember when you used to run 17 miles a day eating only a handful of grapes? We've seen all your "before" photos, so there's no room for ego here!)
- Instagramming, instead of insta-lifting.
(We can tell! It doesn't take THAT long to calculate your percentages!)
- Leaving your equipment out
(Just because we like to lift weights doesn't mean we like to lift YOUR weights...when you're done using them!)
- Disregarding technique instruction
(Your snatch is not perfect. When it is, go win gold at the Olympics, and THEN you can do whatever you want in class!)
- Not sticking to the percentages listed on the board.
(Cheaters are not going to have fun on PR day.)
- Dropping 10s and 15s or an empty bar.
(STAAAHHHHHP.)
- Running away from the struggle.
(CrossFit is hard work, yo. Don't take the easy way out)
Baaaasically, Leave your ego behind. Be coachable. And create the most fun environment in all the land. That's Synapse. Now, go get your Friday Massacre on!!!!
