Hey guys, this is a reminder that there will be no class tomorrow, Saturday July 9. Your very own super awesome heroes will be participating in the Tri-county Shakedown against teams from around LA. This one left my lower back on FIRE, couldn't stand for 15mins after the WOD! Oh yeah and the 25 burpees after the WOD for using the word of the day sucked too....trickery!!! 9mins 22secs #135/90lb pushpress
