Happy Monday everyone!! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend chalked full of recovery and an overindulgence of food. We got a short and sweet one for y'all today.

20:13 RX'd rope climbs/MU prog/#105 FS/RX'd deck squat burp box jump over... the "cooldown" was done in 9:23. And I think I was sweating out watermelon mojito's the whole time..
