The coolest part is that everyone will be doing the workouts (unless they are really badly programmed and we don't feel it safe or fun to subject you to them) on Thursday. If you are competing, you will also have a second chance on Saturdays at 11am to re-do the workout.
Keep in mind that regardless of how everyone does, we love you all and are so proud of all your progress. Your presence in the gym, your participation in our community, and your commitment to personal improvement is WAY more important than how you do on the competition floor. That being said, let's attack this competition. Let's band together and support each other, and show 'em who Synapse is: tough, gutsy, and united.
