Another fun week has commenced at the Synapse Brigade's Home Base!! Time to pull up those high socks (which i don't approve of owning), tighten up those wrist wraps (which are sorta alright if you're lifting heavy), strap on those lifting shoes (you know my opinion on those), and chalk up (but nicely, I'd like to keep the floor clean for at least one full class). Remember, we must all suffer with the BAM! Squad (Bonnie, Allison, Marie).
