We had a tremendous turn out for the 31 Heroes WOD on Saturday, and just as good a turn out for the Labor Day Beer Shinaniganry yesterday. Thank you to everyone who came out and joined in on all of the fun!!

Also Monday we will have a special Labor day wod at 10:00, this will be the only workout of the day. 3 Rounds of: 10 Handstand push ups 15 Kettlebell snatches 20 Knees to elbows Row 250m Don't forget that this weekend is the 31 Heroes event.
Also we will only have one class on Monday the 5th as it is labor day at 10:00am. 4 rounds of: 10 Pull ups 15 Push ups 20 Sit ups 25 Squats 30 Double unders ( rest 2 min in between rounds and get amrap of Deadlift ) |
